UNHCR reports that more than 130,000 people have been displaced within Yemen since renewed fighting between government forces and the Houthis began in August, while nearly 3,700 have fled to Djibouti since September 10. WHO says hundreds have been killed and thousands wounded, and cholera cases have tripled in three weeks, with most recent cases concentrated in governorates hosting large displaced populations.
