ICAO confirms receiving Russia’s letter on Kiev's threats, assuring of its coming response
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has acknowledged receipt of Russia's letter concerning threats to civilian aircraft in Kiev, with a response promised. The Russian Foreign Ministry reported an urgent appeal was sent to ICAO Secretary General Juan Carlos Salazar regarding the situation in Ukraine.
