Fórmula 1 cancela corridas de abril no Bahrein e na Arábia Saudita devido à guerra no Oriente Médio
Formula 1 officially cancelled the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grand Prix scheduled for April due to the ongoing Middle East conflict between the US-Israeli coalition and Iran. The decision was announced by Liberty Media, the FIA, and local promoters, reducing the 2026 calendar from 24 to 22 races. Iranian drone and missile attacks on regional capitals including Manama, along with airport closures and Iran's threat to block the Strait of Hormuz, made hosting the races untenable.
