Brazilian tennis player Pedro Boscardin Dias, from Joinville, Santa Catarina, won his opening qualifying match at Roland Garros against ex-top 20 player Nikoloz Basilashvili. He is set to face Canadian Alexis Galarneau in the second qualifying round aiming to enter the main draw of the Grand Slam tournament in Paris.
