France intercepts sanctioned Russian tanker in Atlantic
France, with support from the UK and allies, intercepted the Russian tanker Tagor in the Atlantic Ocean for violating sanctions. The French Navy boarded the tanker over 400 nautical miles west of Brittany following suspicions of it being part of Russiaβs shadow fleet.
