Singapore fuel oil stocks rise to near one-month high

Fuel oil stocks in Singapore have increased for the third consecutive week, nearing a one-month high. Residual fuel inventories rose 7.1% to 21.50 million barrels in the week ending May 20, with imports increasing by 4.5%.
