New vessel type to speed Guinea-China iron ore trade
China's CSSC Chengxi Shipyard delivered the first of five self-unloading transshipment vessels to move iron ore from the Simandou development in Guinea. The new 41,800 dwt vessel, Wontanara, is owned by SimFer and aims to expedite the West Africa to China iron ore trade.
