Middle East Oil Exports Rebound to 12.8 Million Bpd

Middle Eastern crude exports have rebounded to a reported 12.8 million barrels per day this month, with Saudi Arabia leading the increase. Saudi flows have shifted toward the east, including tanker loading in the Gulf of Oman via ship-to-ship transfers, while Ras Tanura exports are reported at 3.6 million barrels per day.
