Vaca Muerta gas to flow to Europe under major eight-year LNG pact

Argentina has signed a major eight-year LNG export deal to supply Vaca Muerta gas to Europe, covering two million tonnes per year — the country's largest long-term gas sale to date. The agreement was inked between Southern Energy and Securing Energy for Europe.
