Actor Javier Bardem wore an anti-war logo and a Palestine pin at the Oscars, echoing his protest at the Goya Awards 23 years ago. Fellow filmmaker Oliver Laxe also displayed a watermelon pin, a symbol of Palestinian solidarity. Bardem stated the same lies persist today as they did back then.
