Climate change posing growing challenge to food safety in Sarawak, says health director
The Sarawak Health Director highlighted that climate change is increasingly threatening food safety in Sarawak by creating conditions conducive to food contamination. The Ministry of Health is responding by enhancing food premises inspections and monitoring home-based food businesses.
