Khunjerab Pass generates record Rs15 billion in customs revenue

Pakistan Customs generated a record Rs15 billion in revenue from imports via the Khunjerab Pass during fiscal year 2025-26, marking an increase from the previous year. Exports to China and Central Asian countries reached Rs2.8 billion, with enhanced efforts to control smuggling and illegal goods through coordinated customs operations at the Sost Dry Port.
