Tripulante filipino é preso suspeito de matar compatriota dentro de navio no Porto de Santos

A Filipino crew member was arrested for allegedly killing a compatriot aboard the Horizon Emmanuel tanker docked at the Port of Santos in São Paulo, Brazil. The suspect was taken into custody by the Federal Police and the ship was inspected by authorities.
