Chittagong’s RSGT terminal slaps four times store rent on LCL cargoes
The Red Sea Gateway Terminal-operated Patenga Container Terminal in Chittagong has, for the first time, imposed four times the store rent on Less than Container Load cargoes to compel importers to remove goods promptly. This measure is aimed at preventing stockpiling beyond the free storage period amid import pressure.
