UK Clean Tech Firms Plan Europe's Biggest Direct Air Capture Project
UK clean tech firms Airhive, Mission Zero Technologies, and Progressive Energy have formed the UnionDAC joint venture to build Europe's largest direct air capture facility on Teesside. The project aims to start CO2 removal in 2030 and capture 60,000 tons of carbon annually by 2032.
