Maína Celidonio deixa Secretaria Municipal de Transportes do Rio após 5 anos; Jorge Arraes assume cargo

Rio de Janeiro's city government has replaced the head of the Municipal Transportation Secretariat, with Maína Celidonio departing after five years and Jorge Arraes, previously president of Comlurb, taking over the role. Celidonio will transition to a special advisor position in Mayor Eduardo Paes' cabinet. The change was formalized in the city's Official Gazette.
