Única cidade de SP a receber vacina contra chikungunya, Mirassol amplia imunização para moradores da região

Mirassol, the only city in São Paulo state to receive the chikungunya vaccine, has expanded its immunization program to residents of neighboring municipalities. The pilot project, led by Brazil's Ministry of Health and developed by Instituto Butantan with local academic partners, aims to vaccinate 37,500 people. As of mid-month, only 3,696 residents had been immunized.
