MP-RO denuncia pai, madrasta e avós pela morte de adolescente encontrada com sinais de tortura em Porto Velho

Brazil's Rondônia state prosecutor has charged the father, stepmother, and paternal grandparents of Marta Isabelle, a 16-year-old girl found dead with signs of severe torture and deprivation in Porto Velho. The victim was allegedly kept in private imprisonment, forced to eat animal food scraps, and denied basic hygiene for approximately two months. The father and stepmother face charges including femicide, torture resulting in death, and unlawful imprisonment.
