Hawaii faces flash flooding, blizzard conditions and landslides with more rain to come

Hawaii is experiencing severe weather including flash flooding, blizzard conditions, and landslides across Maui, Molokai, and the Big Island, with rainfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour. Tens of thousands are without power, roads have collapsed, and at least one home has washed away.
