1 dead, another injured in J&K landslide; 230 evacuated amid heavy snowfall

A landslide at a hydropower project in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, killed one worker and injured another amid heavy snowfall. Over 230 people, including women and children, were evacuated after being stranded at Sinthan Top. Schools in the region were closed as a precautionary measure due to severe weather conditions.
