Target of Monaco bomb blames attack on Ukrainian spy agency

Vadym Iermolaiev, a Ukrainian businessman targeted in an assassination attempt in Monaco, accuses Ukraine’s military intelligence agency, the GUR, of organizing the attack. The bombing seriously wounded his wife and child, and he publicly blamed serving and former GUR officers for the attempt on his life.
