NATO defence systems shoot down Iranian ballistic missile over Turkey

Turkey's defence ministry reported that NATO air and missile defence systems intercepted and destroyed an Iranian ballistic missile that had passed through Syrian and Iraqi airspace before entering Turkish territory. This marks the third such interception since the Middle East war began. Turkish President Erdogan has prioritized keeping Turkey out of the regional conflict.
