Landlord relationships top factor for tenant retention

New research from LRG estate agency group finds 68% of UK renters cite landlord and letting agent relationships as the top factor in long-term tenancy decisions. The findings arrive as the sector prepares for the introduction of periodic tenancies under the forthcoming Renters' Rights Act.
