Framework agreement for planned AI giga campus at Oxagon
Saudi Arabia's HUMAIN and DataVolt have reached a preliminary framework agreement with AI cloud company Nebius to provide data-centre capacity at Oxagon, NEOM's industrial city on the Red Sea coast. The planned AI campus links cloud infrastructure development with large-scale construction and power needs.
