Dwight Capital Supplies $56M HUD Loan for Dallas-Area Apartments

Dwight Capital has originated a $56 million HUD 221(d)(4) construction loan for StoneHawk Capital Partners to build a 269-unit multifamily apartment development called StoneHawk Rosehill in Garland, Texas, near Dallas. The HUD-backed financing supports new residential construction in the suburban Dallas market. Originators Brandon Baksh and Brian Yee facilitated the deal.
