Focal Point Brewery Inks 5K-SF Deal at 420 Carroll Street

Focal Point Beer Company, a craft brewery based in Long Island City, has signed a 5,000-square-foot retail lease at 420 Carroll Street, a luxury residential building in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. The new location will house a taproom and full-service restaurant, marking the brewery's second location. The deal was announced by the building's developer, the Domain Companies.
