Sale of Shares of Methanex Corporation

OCI Global announced that its subsidiary OCI Chemicals B.V. has sold approximately 4.3% of Methanex Corporation's shares, totaling 3,331,346 shares at $51.80 each, generating net proceeds of approximately $172.6 million. The transaction represents a significant divestiture of OCI's stake in the methanol producer Methanex.
