Saleh Khaled, a 12-month-old child from Harat Roma, was admitted after suffering from prolonged diarrhea and fever that escalated into severe acute malnutrition (SAM) with nutritional edema with MUAC Measurement 11.3 cm. His family lives under extremely vulnerable conditions, with limited income and a high dependency ratio, which delayed early access to appropriate healthcare and increased the severity of his condition.
